We understand that the safety and well-being of a loved one is paramount, so we want to make it as easy as possible for you to raise any issues or concerns you may have. Simply contact us via our contact form and choose ‘I have a concern’ as your subject and it will go direct to the manager. Alternatively, contact us by phone on 01743 790261, call in to see the manager, or write to us at Cliffdale Care Home, Shrewsbury Road, Pontesbury, SY5 0QD. Residents, relatives, staff and visitors are encouraged to flag up any problems so they can be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
